Air Forest
A small amount of moss goes a long way and has the same benefit for cleaning the air as a cluster of fully grown trees. moss removes particulate matter, nitrogen dioxide and ozone gases from the air and requires minimal maintenance.
Along with benefiting the air, moss mitigates floods through absorbing rain fall, and reduces urban heat islands by naturally cooling the air. We are currently experimenting with the potentials of moss as a building material and addition to construction processes.
